I provide a written care plan and work with the older adult, family members, and other professionals involved in their care. As needs change, the plan changes too.

I begin every engagement with a comprehensive assessment. From there, we choose the level of ongoing support that fits your family.

What to expect

Every engagement begins with a comprehensive assessment so I can understand your parent's needs, abilities, living situation, and what matters most to them and to your family.

I work with older adults wherever they live, whether that is at home, in assisted living, or somewhere else. My role is to listen, understand what is happening, and organize the moving pieces.

There is no single formula for caring for an aging parent or for navigating your own aging journey. My job is to help you figure out what comes next.

If you are not sure what level of support your family needs, that is a good place to start. We can talk through your situation and figure out what makes sense.
